Position: Shift Supervisor at BelPak
Lead production at Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. as a Shift Supervisor in Scarborough. Drive productivity, oversee staff, and ensure quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Bel Pak is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor for its Thorn mount facility. This full-time role requires a strong leader to manage operations, meet production targets, and support continuous improvement. You will be expected to be flexible with shift timings while effectively coordinating tasks for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and achieve daily production targets

• Plan staffing lines for efficient operations

• Oversee training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Ensure quality standards and resolve production issues

• Prepare shift performance reports and progress updates

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED essential

• 3 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
