Nursing Manager

Lead client care at SE Health as a Nursing Manager in a hybrid role supporting the Scarborough Region. Ensure quality clinical service and engage a talented nursing team.

In this pivotal Nursing Manager role, you will oversee the visiting nursing team's delivery of care in Central East Service Delivery Centre. With 3-5 years of management experience in health care, you will utilize your clinical and customer service expertise to optimize team performance while collaborating with the Regional Director and managing operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational processes for client and service coordination

• Interview and onboard new nursing staff as needed

• Conduct monthly client satisfaction surveys

• Co-ordinate in-services and team training

• Participate in project development alongside colleagues

Requirements:

• Must be a regulated health care professional (RN)

• 3-5 years of management experience in health care

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
