Position: Full-Time Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring your team meets sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Your leadership will drive team engagement and ensure compliance with Dulux's quality standards for operations and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing

• Achieve sales targets and control inventory costs

• Ensure a high level of customer service from the team

• Hire, empower, and mentor associates effectively

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising displays

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

• Retail management or outside sales experience needed

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (45 hours/week minimum)

• Capability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally

• Eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
