Serve customers in Scarborough as a part-time Optical Retail Associate at Specsavers, using customer service and eyewear styling skills. Work up to 20 hours weekly, including weekends.
As a Retail Associate and Eyecare Consultant, you will guide customers through frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Specsavers provides full training for pre-screening procedures and optical tasks. You will explain products, process orders, and create informed, memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers warmly inside the Specsavers store
- Recommend eyecare solutions based on customer needs
- Guide frame selection for lenses and personal style
- Perform retinal imaging, pressure checks, and visual fields
- Process glasses and contact lens orders accurately
- Availability for evening and weekend retail shifts
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident customer approach
- Enthusiasm for learning frames, lenses, and pre-testing
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
