Manufacturing Security Site Supervisor

Lead security operations at Allied Universal in Scarborough, Ontario as a full-time Security Site Supervisor for the manufacturing sector. Oversee security personnel and respond to critical incidents and emergencies.

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will manage a team ensuring adherence to client expectations and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-duty security officers for compliance

• Conduct shift briefings and post inspections

• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems effectively

• Issue and manage access badges for personnel

• Respond to and coordinate security-related incidents

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required

• Minimum 1 year supervisory security experience

• 3 years security experience in manufacturing preferred

• Strong communication and administrative skills

• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
