As a highly motivated Employment Counsellor, you will support clients through different stages of the Integrated Employment Services program.

Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing personalized employment plans, and facilitating workshops tailored to clients' skills. You will work alongside a dynamic team, creating pathways for new immigrants and diverse community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive employment services to job seekers  

• Conduct outreach to meet client volume targets  

• Develop individualized employment action plans  

• Facilitate workshops on employment topics  

• Guide clients in job search techniques and career certification  

Requirements:

• Degree in Employment Counseling or related field  

• 3+ years of employment counseling experience  

• Knowledge of the local labor market  

• Strong organizational and communication skills  

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
