DRC Warehouse Associate

Be part of The Salvation Army’s mission as a DRC Warehouse Associate located at 30 Melford Drive, Scarborough, ON. This full-time role focuses on handling and processing donations effectively.

You will engage in various warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, and shipping food and goods. Proficiency in operating forklifts is required as you manage inventory movement. Ensure quality checks and proper documentation for all incoming items, contributing to the mission of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute shipping and receiving tasks accurately

• Load and unload trucks using powered equipment

• Inspect goods for quality and manage stock rotation

• Manage inventory records using warehouse systems

• Clean and maintain warehouse equipment and environment

Requirements:

• Minimum completion of some high school

• Forklift Operators Certificate required

• Over 6 months of warehouse experience

• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Capable of adhering to health and safety guidelines
