Warehouse Team Lead

Lead warehouse operations in Scarborough as a Warehouse Team Lead. Oversee activities, train staff, and ensure operational targets are met in this full-time, permanent role.

In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and direct warehouse activities while reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You'll work afternoon shifts after a 6-week training period. Essential skills include proficiency in RF scanning, inventory control, and MS Excel, along with a valid Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and prioritize daily tasks of warehouse employees

• Communicate operational issues to Warehouse Management

• Train new employees to foster effective warehouse practices

• Operate Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker as needed

• Implement continuous improvement strategies in operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a Supervisory/Lead position

• 6+ years experience with RF scanners

• Valid Raymond Reach/Cherry Picker license

• Comfortable with WMS applications

• Strong communication skills and team leadership
