The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This position serves as the company’s front line contact with customers, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and providing professional customer service at all times.

• Assist telephone and walk‑in customers with equipment rental inquiries.
• Understand customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate and place orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong administrative skills to manage orders, documentation, and scheduling.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Base pay range: $20.96 – $24.89 per hour (starting rate of pay may vary based on factors such as position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience).

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
