MH Cardiology, Scarborough Campus is an outpatient facility seeking an inspired Cardiac Sonographer to successfully accomplish transthoracic echos and stress echos with exceptional patient care and an attentive disposition.
In addition to the various cardiac pathologies seen with Transthoracic Echo and Stress Echo, our Echo Lab supports many of our Subspecialty Cardiology Teams:
- Valve Clinic
- Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and Camzyos Clinic
- Complex Dyspnea and Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic
- Adult Congenital Clinic
- Sports Cardiology
The Echo Department encourages growth through knowledge and learning and supports continued medical education.
What’s It Like Working With This Team- 9.5 hour work days – 6:45 a to 4:45 p; 4 days per week

The Cardiac Sonographer II performs moderate complexity exams and procedures, requiring independent judgement and the ability to recognize abnormal findings.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience as a Cardiac Sonographer. - License/
Certifications:
ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography required; BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date. - Experience:
Minimum one year of Cardiac ultrasound experience required. - Additional Skills/Requirements:
Performs TEE and/or stress Echocardiograms.
