This role focuses on reinforcing concepts introduced during virtual training, ensuring consistency in radiology scheduling processes, and providing hands‑on support within the department. The trainer partners closely with leadership and the Access Training team to identify workflow opportunities, enhance staff competency, and promote a culture of learning and accountability.
