SummaryThe First Cook role performs a variety of duties normally performed in serving customers, preparing food, transporting and emptying trash receptacles, cleaning the kitchen, serving and seating areas, assisting in receiving and storing stock, cashiering, checking and recording hot and cold temperatures and washing dishes.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience demonstrating the ability to perform safe food handling, prep and sanitation techniques required.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic, possess computer and computerized cash register skills and ability to handle cash, make change and count money as required by some duties.
