We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a temp to hire opportunity with a growing nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources with a clear path to long term employment and growth into an HR Generalist role.

This position provides hands on experience across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding employee data management HR reporting and HR projects.

• Support day to day Human Resources operations
• Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems including UKG
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Support HR reporting audits and compliance tasks
• Partner with the HR team on process improvements and initiatives
• Assist with company growth initiatives including acquisitions

• Administrative assistant office coordinator or HR internship experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Interest in Human Resources People Operations and HR Technology
• Ability to train onsite and transition to a hybrid work schedule
