The Solutions Delivery Analyst IV is a lead technical subject‑matter expert for assigned systems, services, or applications within specified functional areas. The role delivers mid‑ to large‑scale IT initiatives, supports production, monitors supplier performance, and recommends operational improvements to enhance system stability.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead as Technical SME for systems, services, and applications in an identified functional area.
  • Coach and mentor team members to increase technical knowledge.
  • Lead mid‑scale projects, coordinating resource and budget management with the PMO.
  • Translate business needs into Agile stories or waterfall requirements.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to build technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business and Quality Assurance to develop test cases and test matrices.
  • Execute and document system integration testing, re‑execute as needed.
  • Coordinate with Solution Engineers on failed test cases and required specification changes.
  • Compile RUN Book Documentation and support production hand‑over.
  • Participate in Solution Implementation and post‑production hyper‑care support.
  • Provide third‑level technical support for systems and services in a functional area.
  • Serve as technical resolver and knowledge provider for the identified service or application.
  • Manage performance and service‑level expectations for mid‑ to large‑size software relationships.
  • Engage with engineers and product teams to meet delivery and operational support needs.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis of complex issues and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with engineers and product teams to deliver standard changes and routine operational updates.
  • Guide integration design, improvement, and patterns with engineering, development, and product teams.
  • Drive end‑to‑end proactive improvement via monitoring tools, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting on service availability.
  • Ensure 24/7/365 operational stability, providing technical support, system monitoring, and issue resolution—including off‑hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant technology role, including advanced or technical capacity.
  • Experience guiding, mentoring, or training team members in relevant technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in professional concepts and functional expertise.
  • Ability to lead mid‑ to large projects from inception to completion with minimal direction.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex problems requiring review of multiple factors.
  • Commitment to producing high‑quality work and tracing issues to their source, even beyond code boundaries.
  • Exercise sound judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Additional training or certifications in relevant fields.
  • Experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform‑based operating models.
  • Experience leading teams or advancing technical capability within teams.
  • Experience in retail or grocery preferred.

Salary Range: ME/NC/PA/SC – $92,640 to $138,960; IL/MA/MD/NY – $106,480 to $159,720.

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation is determined in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
