Maine Health Medical Group's Surgical Supportive Cancer Care team is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join us in a vital per diem role with Monday–Friday, day shift opportunities. Summary:
The Registered Nurse II – Ambulatory role uses professional nursing processes to assess the needs of patients and families calling or presenting for care in the physician office and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
DescriptionRegistered Nurse – Ambulatory (RN) – per diem, Monday–Friday, day shift.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. - License/
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. - Experience:
One year of RN experience required. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrates competency in all functions of a Registered Nurse I - Ambulatory Care role.
