Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability up to $19 / hour.
Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and limited availability up to $18 / hour. We have flexible scheduling, we will work around your schedule and availability.

- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.

- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
