Water Treatment Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Treatment Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for the installation and servicing of water treatment systems including but not limited to water softeners, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet sterilization and sulfur/iron removal systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge base, enabling them to contribute to our mission of providing safe and clean water.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Perform all diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot customers’ water problems and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Installing, upgrading and maintaining equipment including water softener systems, drinking water systems, UV light systems, filters and other related equipment.
• Help customers understand their water treatment equipment and its proper function.
• Assist in projects related to water treatment as needed.
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required for installation and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of all water treatment processes.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in water treatment operations is preferred.
• Minimum journeyman’s license required.
• Ability to multi task and troubleshoot.
• Excellent customer and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be capable of performing physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) as part of routine maintenance duties.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
