Commercial Painting Superintendent

ACE Construction Services is looking for an experienced Working Painting Superintendent to lead commercial painting projects throughout Maine.

• Lead crews and commercial painting projects from start to finish
• Work alongside your team when needed
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production
• Read and understand plans, specifications, and project documents
• Track job progress, percent complete, and project performance
• Maintain ACE quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

• Strong commercial painting experience
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Ability to manage crews and multiple project priorities
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 or willingness to complete required training
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork

Pay: $31-$33/hour, based on experience
