Team Administrator

As the Community Team Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing administration and secretarial support to the local Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT). You will support daily huddles, referrals, meetings, appointments, and the processing of letters and reports, ensuring accurate recording in the trust’s electronic patient records.

You will work in a small administration team supporting receptionists and medical secretaries to provide a professional and efficient service to service users, carers and colleagues.

• Support daily clinical huddles and process referrals and other administrative work required.
• Back up front‑of‑house enquiries during breaks and absences.
• Process referrals and record relevant information on the trust’s patient records or databases following standard procedures.
• Provide comprehensive secretarial service, including processing and storing correspondence and performing general office duties such as printing and copying.
• Manage diaries for members of the clinical team.
• Arrange meetings, book venues, organise catering, and ensure administration support, distribution of papers and follow‑up actions.

The Community Team Administrator will support the Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Community Learning Disability Team, part of a wider North Yorkshire LD Service across four community teams.
