The Design Production Associate at RICOTECK Limited plays a crucial role in bringing creative visions to life, transforming design concepts into tangible products that meet client needs and exceed expectations. As a Design Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with designers, production specialists, and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient design-to-production process. Your responsibilities will span a variety of areas.

Your ability to translate design concepts into production-ready files, collaborate effectively with different teams, and maintain a keen eye for detail will be essential to ensuring client satisfaction and upholding RICOTECK's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and a client-centric approach to contribute to the success of our diverse service offerings and empower our clients through visually compelling and effective designs.

• Assist in the design and development of products based on client briefs, ensuring that designs align with customer requirements, brand guidelines, and technical feasibility for production across various service areas.
• Work closely with designers and production teams to prepare design files for production, meticulously ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for manufacturing or printing processes, depending on the specific service.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather design specifications, provide updates on project status, and ensure that all design expectations are met, facilitating clear communication and collaboration throughout the design and production process.
• Ensure that design prototypes and final products meet quality standards, meticulously reviewing and making adjustments and revisions as necessary to achieve optimal visual appeal and functionality.
• Prepare production-ready files for various formats, including print, digital, or manufacturing, depending on the project and service area, demonstrating expertise in file preparation techniques and industry standards.
• Manage workflow between design and production teams, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently, coordinating resources and communication to facilitate a smooth and timely production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot any issues related to the design, such as material constraints, file compatibility, or design complexity, proactively seeking solutions to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software, and production techniques to continuously improve design and production processes, contributing to innovation and the enhancement of service offerings.
• Assist in maintaining an organized library of design assets, templates, and production files for future use, ensuring easy access to resources and promoting consistency in design and production practices.
• Ensure that all final products are delivered to clients on time, meeting quality and design standards, and exceeding client expectations in terms of visual appeal, functionality, and overall satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support for the design and production teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and project details, contributing to efficient workflow and project management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of RICOTECK and fulfill obligations to clients and stakeholders.
• The role will be based in the office, with potential for some field work or remote support depending on the nature of client requests and service requirements.
• The position may involve occasional evening or weekend shifts, depending on customer needs and system down times, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to providing timely support.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field ( or any combination of qualifications and equivalent experience ).
• 1-3 years of experience in a design, production, or related role, preferably within a service-oriented industry with diverse offerings like RICOTECK.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other industry-standard design tools, demonstrating expertise in creating visually compelling and production-ready designs.
