32.5 hours per week during the school term Salary: £31,015 – £33,673 Actual Salary: £23,575 – £25,596

We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is passionate about developing children’s potential through a supportive, challenging and motivating environment.

• Calm and caring disposition
• Ability to break down activities into small steps and provide step‑by‑step teaching
• Team player, working closely with like‑minded colleagues who prioritise children’s best interests
• Knowledge and understanding of child development and the curriculum
• Enthusiastic about enhancing each child’s experiences and building upon their learning
• Ready to ‘step in’ to support the Class Teacher as needed, including leading small group or whole‑class activities
• Flexible and adaptable, working in line with the school’s needs and the children’s schedules
