Teaching Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hardworking and caring teaching assistant to join our school team. Part‑time 30 hours per week, 08:45–15:15 – half an hour unpaid lunch.

- Working with staff across the school to ensure that the children are able to access learning with their peers.
- Deliver appropriate interventions and specified programmes, under the direction of the teacher, in line with the children’s needs and listed provisions.
- Liaising with parent/carers of children as appropriate.
- Support with the preparation of resources for children.
- Undertake any reasonable duties outlined by the Headteacher in line with the role.
- A strong and supportive leadership team.
- A Trust‑wide and school‑level wellbeing charter.
- Cycles of professional learning that are designed to improve pedagogy through the use of deliberate practice and peer coaching.
- A collaborative and positive environment which fosters personal and professional growth.

- Performance development with a clear focus on the development of practice to improve teaching and learning.
