GSL Education is seeking a Learning Mentor to support pupils in Scarborough and surrounding areas. You will work across secondary schools to provide tailored guidance helping students overcome barriers to learning, improve attendance, behaviour and confidence.
The role involves one-to-one and small-group mentoring, collaboration with teachers and pastoral teams, and maintaining records of interventions. A DBS and right to work in the UK are required; training and ongoing support are provided.
