Join our team as a Site / Facilities Manager and play a vital role behind the scenes. From maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment to leading premises staff and coordinating maintenance, you'll help create the best possible setting for pupils, staff and visitors every day.
This is a multi site role, with the successful candidate working across Graham School and George Pindar School. A typical working pattern for this role would be Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm, with flexibility required dependent on site team holiday or absence.
We are looking for:
- Strong facilities management experience - in an educational setting would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and upkeep
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- A positive attitude that aligns to our Trust Values of Kindness, Respect and Teamwork.
