We are currently working with a long-established, farmer-owned food manufacturer with over 100 years of history , renowned for producing award-winning speciality products supplied across the UK and exported internationally. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving faults and working with a wide range of production machinery.

About the Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play an important role in keeping the site's production and packing equipment operating efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance Electrical and mechanical fault-finding Working on automated production and packing machinery Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings Identifying recurring faults and supporting improvements Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment where required Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring work is completed safely Working as part of a wider engineering team to maintain high levels of plant availability About You You should ideally have: A Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent Previous experience in a maintenance engineering position Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience Good electrical fault-finding ability Experience working on production or automated machinery The ability to read engineering drawings What's on Offer?
