12-month contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Middle Office Representative to join a dynamic operations team supporting multiple institutional clients. This role sits at the heart of the trade lifecycle, acting as a key link between clients, counter parties, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of trades and settlements. The position combines operational expertise, stakeholder management, and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Manage the settlement of trades across multiple client accounts. Support the trade lifecycle from trade confirmation through to settlement completion. Liaise with counter parties and internal teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and settlement-related issues. Monitor trade activity and investigate breaks, exceptions, and failed trades. Participate in regular client meetings to provide updates on trade status, operational activities, and process improvements.

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, counter parties, and internal stakeholders. Produce accurate client and internal management reports. Contribute to incident management, escalation handling, and operational problem resolution. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and operational control. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance processes and client service. Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues across the wider team.

Act as a subject matter resource within the Middle Office function when required. Skills and Experience Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience in areas such as:
