** Job Responsibilities
*** Mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
* Oversee the daily warehouse operations, maintain control of orders received and shipped, and carry out all duties required in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with our vibrant Roofmart Branch Staff and Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
* Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.
** Qualifications
* ** College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Logistics/Human Resources) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/yard management, logistics experience
* Solid inventory management skills, previous experience in overseeing a team and a warehouse, with a strong logistics background
* James Hardie product knowledge and handling
* Energetic, organized, confident and positive
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
* A critical thinker, a strong problem solver, and able to handle difficult situations
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
* Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
* Authorized to work in Canada
