Scarborough Harbour is seeking a self-motivated Harbour Team Leader to head our frontline workforce and oversee the daily upkeep of our historic ports in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on safety, security, and efficient traffic management across commercial, fishing, and leisure operations.
As Team Leader you will supervise maintenance, coordinate with contractors, conduct risk assessments, manage vessels and equipment when needed, and promote high health and safety standards.
