We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Service Manager to join their expanding team in Scarborough. • Promote additional services and products to increase revenue as the Service Manager
• Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Address customer complaints promptly, professionally, and with effective resolutions
• Foster a team culture focused on high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive sector or a background as a Workshop Controller / Senior Technician
• Strong customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to foster improvement and team motivation
• In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards and core service processes
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills as the Service Manager
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining service quality
• Valid driving license with no major infractions
