What You’ll DoAs a Team Leader within Operations at our Scarborough facility, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing activities within your designated area. You will ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while leading, motivating, and developing your team. You’ll coordinate resources, resolve production challenges, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a proactive and organised leader with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. You’ll be confident in supervising teams, managing workloads, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. A strong focus on health & safety, quality, and team development is key, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in a dynamic production setting.
Bonus if you have:- ILM Level 3 Certificate or above (or willing to achieve)
- IOSH Managing Safely or above (or willing to achieve)
- Knowledge of coach and bus manufacturing processes
