Pay Rates

Earn between £504.38 and £521.63 gross per week.

Assembly Operative in a large electrical manufacturing organisation located in Eastfield.

• Assemble electrical components with precision and care
• Conduct quality checks to ensure top‑notch products
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and organised work space
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
• Apply standardised processes in manufacturing across various tasks, including basic maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility
• Ensure the quality of operations by adhering to established standards
• Identify and communicate any risks related to health, safety, quality, and environmental issues to the Team Leader
• Report all incidents and near misses, applying the escalation process for any deviations in safety, quality, or performance
• Process orders accurately and promptly
• Develop knowledge of our products and systems
• Fit electrical components and wiring
• Present, build, and assemble power distribution units using hand and pneumatic tools
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines consistently
• Practical aptitude for science or engineering skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High flexibility and dependability
• Motivated mindset, eagerness to learn, and a good attendance record
