Both sites host established day‑surgery wards and excellent elective orthopaedic wards, achieving some of the best same‑day discharge rates for joint replacements in the country. Scarborough offers a 24‑hour emergency theatre and is part of cardiac arrest, trauma and paediatric emergency teams, ensuring varied and dynamic daily work.
