Intrahealth Ltd is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a general practice team in Scarborough. The post holder will manage initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care for presenting patients, adhering to NMC advanced practice requirements.
Together with the practice team you will deliver safe, evidence-based care, including prescribing, health promotion, and leadership of the Nursing team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
