Store Supervisor – Shoezone Retail Limited

Scarborough, England, United Kingdom. Position:
Part‑time (30 hours), permanent.

We are looking for a service‑oriented supervisor capable of supporting the Store Manager and running the store in their absence. The role requires working on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday with flexibility for the rest of the week. Core rota may change based on business needs.

• Deliver first‑class customer service with a warm, friendly approach.
• Coach and support the team to maintain high service standards.
• Work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain the shop floor’s appearance at all times.

• Desire to take pride in your work.
• Retail management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility to discuss availability at interview stage.
