This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Scarborough. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will lead and motivate a team, handle retail loss prevention, and manage store compliance and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead and collaborate effectively with a team and customers.
• Experience in Store Management and the ability to oversee daily operations and staff performance.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of retail compliance and operational standards.
• Previous experience in retail management or a related field is advantageous.
