M&S in Scarborough is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running smoothly and the shop floor stocked and inviting for customers.
You’ll manage stock, deliveries and backstage tasks across the store. Shifts include overnight hours; a +£3.00 per hour unsocial premium applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, with flexibility to work across the wider store as needed.
