Job Description

RC Management, LLC McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Service Technician specializing in HVAC and refrigeration. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment across our 25 restaurants. The position requires regular travel to service locations and may include New England–wide travel to install professional kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, exhaust hoods, and walk-in coolers/freezers.

Candidates must be flexible, reliable, and able to work long hours in a fast-changing environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and McDonald's standards.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance actions.
* Collaborate with restaurant management for scheduled maintenance.

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
* Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and building maintenance practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
* Valid Driver's License

*** HVAC license
* Refrigeration license
* Gas license
* Electrical experience
* Experience with Taylor and Molita equipment
