A strong opportunity for an experienced Children in Care Social Worker to join a supportive Scarborough-based team. You'll manage a balanced caseload of 20-24, working with looked-after children to deliver stability, permanence and positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a Children in Care caseload
Complete statutory visits, care planning and reviews
Work collaboratively with carers, families and partner agencies
Maintain high-quality recording and timely interventions

✅ Essential Requirements

Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Minimum 3+ years permanent post-qualified experience (DfE compliant)
Strong Children in Care / LAC experience
Confident with court work and care planning
Ability to manage a varied and busy caseload
