North Yorkshire Council is seeking a High Needs Supported Accommodation Worker in Scarborough to support young people aged 16–25 in 24/7 staffed accommodation and dispersed settings. You will be a key worker, building trusting relationships and helping young people develop independent living skills across health, education and safety.
The role involves flexible rota commitments including evenings, weekends and some sleep-in duties.
