Social Worker within Assessment Team in Scarborough UK - £37.79 Hourly - Ongoing

After this period, the work pattern will typically allow for 1 day from home, with 4 days split between the office and conducting family or children visits.   • Conduct thorough assessments of children, young people, and families to identify needs and formulate effective support plans
