About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure system accuracy for stock movements.
  • Support continuous improvement in inventory processes.
  • Coordinate with Stores and Goods In for stock accuracy.
  • Managing stock returns from production line
  • Root cause analysis and CAPA
  • Stock management in WM and 3PL storage
  • Ensuring yearly ABC counts
  • SAP WMS experience
  • Controlling and maintaining master data
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Carry out stock counts and cycle counts on a regular basis
  • Record and update inventory data using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods
  • Ensure stock is stored safely and in the correct locations
  • Work closely with warehouse team leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with SAP WMS (2 years)
  • Microsoft office skills (including Excel, outlook, teams)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Forklift licence , VNA
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
