This role supports both the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a sharp focus on performance metrics, people development, and standard operating procedures.

• Performance: Execute shipment and replenishment processes, complete merchandise sets, and meet task dashboard compliance goals to drive retail objectives.
• People: Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests while participating in ongoing brand and category training.
• Process: Execute planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures. Maintain outstanding store standards across the salesfloor, cashwrap, backroom, and restrooms.
• Asset Protection: Follow loss prevention best practices while delivering exceptional guest service.

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices; strong problem-solving capabilities; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
