Business Analyst
- Support one or more transformation work streams
- Break down complex topics into structured work packages
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Perform data-driven analyses
- Prepare hypotheses, insights, and decision-ready materials
- Support business cases, KPI definitions, baseline & impact tracking
- Collaborate with project leads, functional experts, and country teams
- Prepare and consolidate inputs for steering committees and management reviews
- Document outcomes, actions, and follow-ups
- Create clear, structured PowerPoint and Excel deliverables
- Support development of playbooks, guidelines, SOPs, or rollout materials
- Ensure knowledge transfer at project milestones
- Structured problem statement & target picture
- Management-ready slides
- analytical models / KPI Definition & KPI Reports / Dashboards
- Process maps or improvement proposals
- Final project summary with lessons learned
- Defined project deliverables are completed on time and with quality
- The student can independently own a coherent work package
- Outputs are management-usable, not just academic
- Bachelor or Master student in:
- Business Administration, Economics
- Data / Analytics / Information Systems
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, structured slides)
- Ability to work independently on defined problem statements
- Clear written and verbal communication
