Sie erstellen Baumeisterangebote, entwickeln Kalkulationen und Kostenschätzungen, koordinieren den Kalkulationsprozess und koordinieren Ausschreibungen mit Material- und Subunternehmerangeboten. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Leitungskreis Kalkulation zusammen, bereiten Auftragsverhandlungen vor und erstellen ergänzende Unterlagen wie Bauprogramme und Berichte für die Offerte.
