Flexsis in Schaffhausen sucht einen Sachbearbeiter im Kundendienst (m/w/d) für 100% Beschäftigung, befristet für 2–3 Monate ab Juni. Zu den Aufgaben gehören telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Arztpraxen, Anfragen nachverfolgen und Daten in internen Systemen erfassen.
Sie benötigen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1) und gute Französischkenntnisse (mindestens B2). Erfahrung im Kundendienst ist von Vorteil, ebenso ein professionelles Auftreten am Telefon.
