Location:
Schaffhausen, Switzerland | Job Function:
Environmental Health, Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Services (FS).
Duration: 24 months (with potential for extension) | Work Model:
On-site with hybrid option | Workload: 80% – 100%
- Maintain and update building documentation systems (Meridian, Autodesk Cloud) ensuring compliance with GxP and EHS requirements.
- Drive the implementation of the BIM strategy for the Schaffhausen campus.
- Develop user‑friendly processes for digital building information systems and ensure high‑quality data maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders across various departments to align documentation strategies and processes.
- Support infrastructure and IT projects related to document/information management.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, downtime, or financial impact.
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong digital affinity; experience with Autodesk Cloud and 3D modeling is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
