Team Leader Machine Construction

Our client is a Swiss family-owned engineering company that develops and produces customized machines and automation solutions. Our client serves both the medical technology and industrial automation sectors, focusing on complex, one-off projects rather than mass-produced equipment. Our client's work includes designing special machines, production lines, and automated systems tailored to each customer's needs. Essentially, our client combines mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering to create innovative solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

• Education background in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering custom-built machines (not standard catalog machines).
• Experience should include one-off projects (Einzelanlagen), where each machine is tailored to a specific customer's requirements.
• Must understand the full machine lifecycle
• Should be familiar with mechanical, electrical, and automation integration, including PLCs, robotics, sensors, and control systems.
• Must have experience solving technical challenges independently and ensuring high-quality, reliable machines.
• Managed multiple projects and knows how to structure workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Fluent in German (must) and good English language skills

• Ensure Excellence - Set and uphold high standards of technical quality, precision, and reliability for all machines and systems delivered. Guarantee that every solution not only meets customer requirements but also strengthens the company's reputation for excellence in custom automation solutions.
