As Head of R&D BU Industry Solutions, you will shape our technology agenda, build world-class engineering capabilities, and turn innovation into sustainable business success. • Build, lead, and develop a world-class R&D organization with around 75 employees, fostering technical excellence, leadership capability, and strong succession pipelines
• Define and execute the R&D and technology strategy, translating business priorities into a clear roadmap for innovation and growth
• Drive future competitiveness through technology development, capability building, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure reliable execution of the R&D portfolio, balancing innovation, product development priorities, and resource allocation
• Establish strong technical governance, engineering standards, and decision-making processes across products and systems
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-focused engineering excellence

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical discipline
• At least 8 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrated success in leading and transforming large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations
• Proven track record in senior R&D, Engineering, Technology, or Product Development leadership roles within industrial or engineering-driven businesses
• Strong experience developing technology roadmaps, innovation strategies, and differentiated product portfolios
• Strategic business mindset with the ability to align technology investments, resources, and capabilities with long-term business objectives
• Inspirational and authentic leader who combines technical credibility with a passion for developing people, teams, and engineering culture
