Rhenus Alpina AG sucht eine/n erfahrene/n IT-Support-Spezialisten im 2nd-Level für Logistik- und Zollapplikationen. Sie entwickeln Schnittstellen in unserer Middleware, analysieren Ursachen und dokumentieren sorgfältig.
Sie betreuen Tickets eigenverantwortlich, erstellen Status-Updates für Fachbereiche und Management und unterstützen Schulungen sowie den Wissenstransfer im Team. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich;
Englisch ist von Vorteil.
