Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The actual location of this job is in Stein, AG, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.
Drive value across indirect procurement categories by sourcing new suppliers, leading tenders, and negotiating impactful contracts that support seamless site operations. Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams while managing CHF 35–60M spend, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring business continuity by aligning procurement strategies with evolving site needs.
This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs.

- Partner with regional procurement and category management teams to implement sourcing strategies, deliver continuous improvement, and generate measurable value across indirect spend.
- Lead and support sourcing initiatives—tendering, negotiation, and contracting—while driving the adoption of innovative tools such as e‑auctions and online catalogs.
- Collaborate with site stakeholders to ensure business continuity, align procurement with current and future needs, and provide accurate spend and savings forecasts.
- Manage supplier relationships end-to-end, fostering strong partnerships, monitoring performance, and driving innovation while ensuring compliance and mitigating supply risks.
- Optimize procurement efficiency by standardizing specifications, sharing best practices across sites, and identifying savings opportunities, risks, and synergies within a CHF 35–60M spend portfolio.
- Proven experience in procurement with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, negotiation, and value creation beyond transactional tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influencing and partnering with stakeholders across functions to drive impactful procurement outcomes.
- Industry experience in pharma preferred with GMP knowledge considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English;
German is a plus. - Familiarity with procurement tools and analytics (e.g., SAP Ariba, Power BI) and experience implementing category strategies is highly desirable.
